This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through any of our official websites and online stores operated by Original Health Distribution Ltd. (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy in addition to our Shipping Policy and general Terms & Conditions.


1. HANDMADE PRODUCTS – IMPORTANT NOTICE (NO “PERFECT FACTORY FINISH”)

All Orgo-Life®  & Magickey Teknik® devices and related products are handmade, artisanal technology.
This means:

  • Small cosmetic imperfections are normal and expected (tiny bubbles, micro-holes, minor surface variations, small resin marks, slight differences in stone layout, logo position, etc.).
  • Each unit follows our standard production recipe (weight, parts, assembly), but visually your unit will be approximately 95% close to the pictures shown on the website.
  • From a normal distance (about 1–3 feet), the product is considered visually “perfect” and ready to be used as a sacred/energetic object.

These normal artisan characteristics are NOT considered defects and are not eligible grounds for refund, exchange, or complaint.


2. CHANGE OF MIND OR WRONG ITEM PURCHASED

We may accept a return due to change of mind or wrong item purchased, under the following strict conditions:

  1. You must contact us and request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. You must fill out our RETURN FORM & WARRANTY (PDF) and receive our written approval before sending anything back.
  3. The item must be:
    • unused,
    • in its original packaging,
    • in resellable condition.
  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer and arranged by the customer.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and if approved, we issue a store credit (not a cash refund) for the value of the goods only.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. NO GENERAL RETURNS / EXCHANGES (EXCEPT DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED)

As a general rule:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged during transport, or covered under a valid warranty claim.

Any exception must be pre-authorized in writing and may require approval from our head office in Calgary.


4. AUTHORIZED RETURNS ONLY – RESTOCKING FEE

  • No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee on the value of the returned merchandise.
  • All approved returns must have the words “AUTHORIZED RETURN” clearly written on the outside of the package.

If these conditions are not respected, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment or deduct additional handling charges.


5. DAMAGED ITEMS ON ARRIVAL

If your item is damaged when you open the package:

  1. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. You must provide:
    • Clear photos or video of the damaged item,
    • AND the original packaging (box, internal protection, labels).
      If we cannot see the original packaging in the photos, the claim may be refused by us or by the shipping insurer.
  3. You must fill out our RETURN FORM & WARRANTY (PDF) before any solution is applied.

Once your claim is accepted, we may, depending on the situation:

  • repair the item (if possible),
  • send a replacement,
  • or offer a store credit or refund (see section 8 and 9).

6. LOST, DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package is lost, delayed or missing:

  • You must contact us as soon as you notice a problem by email at reseaumagickey@gmail.com.
  • We will open an investigation with our shipping provider. Standard trace/investigation delay is 10 business days.
  • During that period, we must wait for the official result from the carrier.

If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost after investigation, we will offer you the choice of:

  • Reshipment of the same or equivalent product (with tracking and insurance),
  • or a refund for the value of the goods,
  • or store credit for a future purchase.

Shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except if expressly covered by the carrier’s insurance or under a special arrangement.

You must also fill out our RETURN FORM & WARRANTY (PDF) for any lost or missing package claim.


7. WARRANTY RETURNS

We honor valid warranty claims as per:

  • The type of product purchased, and
  • The warranty duration stated on the certificate provided with your item (for most electronic products, standard reference is 90 days from receipt unless otherwise indicated).

Conditions:

  1. You must submit your claim within the warranty period.
  2. You must first fill out and return to us the RETURN FORM & WARRANTY (PDF).
  3. You must ship the item back to us (unless we explicitly specify otherwise).
  • Return shipping cost for warranty is paid by the customer.
  • We do not reimburse your shipping cost to send the item back to us.

Upon receiving and inspecting the product, if the warranty claim is confirmed, we will:

  • repair the item (if possible), or
  • send a replacement of the same model (if in stock), or
  • send an equivalent model at our cost if the original model is discontinued, or
  • in the case of discontinued lines, offer a refund or store credit.

Processing time for warranty claims is usually 7–10 days after we receive the item.


8. CONDITIONS OF RETURN

For any return (change of mind, damage, warranty, satisfaction issue):

  • The customer must first fill out our RETURN FORM & WARRANTY (PDF).
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging when applicable.
  • The customer is responsible for:
    • return shipping cost,
    • proper packaging and protection of the product during the return.

If the returned item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, or not in its original condition, the customer may be held responsible for any loss in value, and the refund or credit amount may be reduced accordingly.


9. TYPE OF REFUND ISSUED

Depending on the situation and product line, once a claim is approved, we may offer one or more of the following:

  • Replacement item (same model or equivalent model),
  • Store credit for future purchase,
  • Refund to your original payment method (mainly for discontinued product lines or specific approved cases).

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Import duties and taxes paid in your country are not refundable by us (you may contact your customs office for local procedures).

10. NON-ELIGIBLE REASONS FOR REFUND

The following are not valid reasons for a refund or exchange:

  • Normal handmade imperfections (tiny holes, minor resin differences, small surface marks, slight differences from product photos).
  • Personal dislike of the aesthetic variations inherent to artisanal production.
  • Failure to monitor your tracking number for long periods, leading to packages being returned or held by post offices.
  • Refusal to pay import duties or taxes in your destination country.

In such cases, if the parcel is returned to us:

  • The customer may be refunded for the value of the goods only, minus return costs and any applicable restocking fee.
  • Original shipping remains non-refundable.

11. HOW TO START A REFUND / RETURN / WARRANTY REQUEST

  1. Contact us by email at reseaumagickey@gmail.com or by phone at +1 (514) 800-8693.
  2. Request our RETURN FORM & WARRANTY (PDF).
  3. Fill it out completely, with:
    • order number,
    • photos or videos (if damage),
    • description of the problem,
    • your preferred resolution (repair, replacement, store credit, etc.).
  4. Wait for our written authorization and instructions before shipping anything back.
  5. Clearly write “AUTHORIZED RETURN” on the package once approved.

Without the completed RETURN FORM & WARRANTY and our explicit approval, no refund, no exchange and no warranty action can be processed.
